Great script writing means your message is crystal clear, emotionally resonant and lands in the exact time you have. At Fox + Bear, we know how to say a lot with a little, and make every second count.
The best scripts do three things at once: they're clear (the message lands instantly), they're felt (they trigger an emotion) and they're on-brand (every word sounds like you). A great script also has a narrative arc, even in 15 seconds – a hook, a build and an end that sticks.
It starts with immersion: we get to know your brand, your audience and the single thing you most need them to feel or do. We develop multiple creative directions, not just variations on the same idea. We present, gather feedback and then refine, collaborating every step of the way.
Both work – the most exciting projects often start with just a kernel of an idea. If you have a brief, great. If you're starting from zero, we can run a strategic discovery session to define the objective, audience and message before the proverbial pen hits paper.
We write scripts for everything that moves: TVCs, brand films, explainer videos, corporate videos, social content and animation. One of our copywriters is even writing a childrens book. For a straightforward 30-second TVC, first-draft scripts can be turned around in about a week. But if your need is great and your timeline is... aggressive... just let us know! More complex projects requiring multiple creative territories may take 1-2 weeks, and while the scripting phase is definitly an investment of time, it pays enormous dividends in production and post when everything just lands.
